We are looking for the HR Director to whom we can delegate leading the HR function in the company. We are after a firm expert in the industry who is able to propose viable solutions and cover possible gaps.

Responsibilities:
- Set functional goals and objectives aligned with the Company goals.
- Plan, implement, timely adjust and drive the Human Capital Strategies via cross-functional projects.
- Set highest people management standards by personal example.
- Create and implement scalable functions and processes within the area of responsibility.
- Determine and track on a regular basis metrics for subordinated functions providing sufficient transparency.
Requirements:
- Related managerial background of department level or higher over 3 years.
- Strong soft skills & people oriented culture.
- Client & goal oriented mindset with strong critical thinking approach.
- Ability to build and motivate strong and self-sufficient teams.
- Maturity, high standards of business ethics.
- Proven track record and references.
