HR Director

We are looking for the HR Director to whom we can delegate leading the HR function in the company. We are after a firm expert in the industry who is able to propose viable solutions and cover possible gaps.
Our future colleague will help strengthen Awem with a strategy to manage human capital development via cross-functional projects at every stage of the development of employees in a team.


  • Set functional goals and objectives aligned with the Company goals.
  • Plan, implement, timely adjust and drive the Human Capital Strategies via cross-functional projects.
  • Set highest people management standards by personal example.
  • Create and implement scalable functions and processes within the area of responsibility.
  • Determine and track on a regular basis metrics for subordinated functions providing sufficient transparency.


  • Related managerial background of department level or higher over 3 years.
  • Strong soft skills & people oriented culture.
  • Client & goal oriented mindset with strong critical thinking approach.
  • Ability to build and motivate strong and self-sufficient teams.
  • Maturity, high standards of business ethics.
  • Proven track record and references.
