  • Set functional goals and objectives aligned with the Company goals. 
  • Plan, implement, timely adjust and drive the Human Capital & Operational Strategies via cross-functional projects.
  • Set highest people management standards by personal example.
  • Take responsibility of the Company’s finance: plan, budget, control, and mitigate risks.
  • Supervise and provide legal support for the Company initiatives.
  • Create and implement scalable functions and processes within the area of responsibility.
  • Determine and track on a regular basis metrics for subordinated functions providing sufficient transparency.
