I think the game is very attractive and amusing. And the music! Tchaikovsky's classic is maybe the best background music ever. You can change the speed of the dice rolls, how the map is displayed, in game events, as well as various rules before you start the game. There is tons of replay value here. There is really RISK in it: one wrong step and your whole Empire might get captured and you find yourself at the hanging post in no time!
I must say I really loved it! And I'm sure any risk-takers or strategists or even commoners will like to play this game.
